You can cancel or modify the booking a sufficient time before the service appointment. Bookings cancelled after the technician's arrival may incur a call-out fee.
4. Payment and Pricing
Displayed prices are approximate and may vary depending on the actual work nature. The final price is determined after the technician inspects the required work.
We accept payment via the following methods: cash on delivery, or through approved Yemeni e-wallets (Goaly, Kareemi, Jeeb, Saba Cash, One Cash).
5. Warranty
The platform provides a warranty on executed services ranging from 30 to 90 days depending on the service type. The warranty covers repairing any defects resulting from the service execution.
The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by misuse, external damage, or complete device replacement.
